It's my second stay at the Carlton Hotel. I absolutely adore this place. Quiet area, very close to the city center. Helpful and super nice staff, beautiful rooms with lots of storage spaces. My all time favorite is the super long bathroom counter where I can keep my cosmetics in a such a comfortable way. This time I've picked the option with the breakfast, it was exceptional. Love the place, surely will be back soon.

Great location considering many nice foods nearby. Just to note that there is really limited power point, probably only 1 power point available in the room. Fortunately, they will loan you one extension cord if you need one.

The bath room and toilet are well maintained and clean.The washing bidget is a plus.

Best hotel I have stayed in Hsinchu so far and I've stayed at over ten of them. Beautiful interior design, very clean place, amazing location, friendly stuff, quiet rooms, great price. I'm truly blown away.

Comfort was great, first time ever I have slept perfectly in a hotel while travelling. Location was ideal for our purposes and easy walking from great resaurants and food stalls as well as local sightseeing points.

Large room with bathtub. Firm pillows and within walking distance to the night markets.

Location is near train station (15min walk). Room is clean and there’s free washer & dryer in the hotel.

Wonderful staff,the hotel has an old fashioned charm about it...Jessica,Jade and Nash are a credit to their industry

How classy the room was. The value for money was excellent as well! Good location. Peaceful. The bathroom of the hotel room was also very nice.
